You and your fluffy friends are welcome at the hotel. We would like pet owners to read the instructions below.

1. Pet allowance per room is 2 small sized dogs (such as a Yorkshire or Poodle) or 1 medium to large sized dog (such as a Golden Retriever or Labrador).
2. Please ensure your dogs are bathed prior to check-in, and are free of fleas and ticks.
3. If your pets are not potty trained, please make sure they wear use pet diapers.
4. Pets are allowed only in the Pet Villas area. Please do not take your pets to restaurants, Wellness and Spa Center, Water Park and other public areas.
5. During your dining time, pets can be kept in carriers or strollers and our staff at lobby counters or Wellness and Spa Center will take care of them for you temporarily. If your pets bark we will contact the owners to take them back.
6. Pets need to be kept in carries or strollers when taken out. Pets are allowed to walk in the Green Yard and trails, and must be kept on a leash.
7. Each complimentary set of pet supply includes a pee pad, special pet accessories, a poop picker and a can of pet food (110g). A second small sized dog will be charged an additional NT$500 cleaning and supply fee.
8. In-room supply includes(not complimentary): Pet towel, pet bed and bedding, pet bathtub, blowdryer (1500W), pet carrier (W 29cm, D 41cm, H 43cm), and a smart water fountain.
9. For safety reasons, please do not leave your pet unattended inside the room.
10. For sanitary reasons, pets are not allowed in guest beds.
11. For other guests’ right, please try to calm your dogs if they get anxious and bark in unfamiliar environments.
12. Please pick up after your pets, so all pets can enjoy a clean, comfortable vacation.
13. As pet’s owner, you are solely responsible for all damages your pet may incur. This includes maintenance and repair fees.
